Good Morning America Interview

Producing, writing and coordinating this interview on the set of GMA was not a simple request. Given full access also meant working within and around the live broadcast. Part of the interview included a live segment on GMA announcing the interview. The shoot required working with GMA union crews, coordinating interviews with GMA cast and acquiring legal rights for broadcast.

Classics with dan roebuck

Los Angeles based actor, writer and producer; Daniel Roebuck hosts this show that features classic films. To create this old Hollywood screening room a color palate of red, gold and black was chosen. The visual storytelling was supported through securing vintage cameras, old film reels, heavy burgundy drapes, vintage film posters, and popcorn.

To your health

The creator of this show wanted to bring a sense of health and wellness to this set. Through this collaborative process, we brought in elements of nature through the wood furniture, greenery, botanicals, warm light and pops of vibrant colors to evoke energy and life. This set was anchored by two large windows with wooded backdrops.

Reel faith

Originally this show was shot inside a theater with the hosts in the audience seats. When filming moved to a studio, the concept was to keep the setting simple, theatrical and red. The amount of fabric required was a budget concern but through careful sourcing layers of custom red drape was fabricated and installed. The floor was dressed in a black shiny laminate and director chairs with red seats and blonde wood created contrast, texture and depth.

99 T.Y.M.E.S

Award winning and Emmy nominated journalist and comedian, Liz Faublas, wanted a set that reflected her Jamaican roots. Colors and art were the dynamic elements used to bring alive her vision. Resourcing original artwork from a Jamaican artist, accented with strong blues and oranges, this preexisting set transformed into a dynamic living room.

Walk in faith

For this show, we had a 100yearold restored opera house as the backdrop. To create a focal point in a vast open space, we anchored this set with a light multicolored Boho chic rug and midcentury modern furniture in a vibrant blue to create contrast and interest
