Global Live Event
This live event, hosted by Henry Kissinger, was broadcast on Fox News. The project scope required sets for two stages, custom audience seating, interpreters, control booths, a hospitality area, and a press room. A 35–foot–high globe was the anchor piece and the event logo used in the print and broadcast design. Each guest had access to head–sets that provided access to 10 foreign language interpreters. Original music was scored for both the live event and broadcast
Futures in education gala
The Futures in Education Gala held annually at Cipriani was moved to a virtual hybrid event for the first time. From the kitchen to classroom was the story arch that was used. The project included scriptwriting, producing the virtual gala and coordination of the custom videos. Success was measured by the donations. Over $300,000 was raised in less than an hour.
Press and product launch
This Brooklyn based agency was announcing new products and capabilities to their invited clients. A key component to the vision of this project was to convey
possibilities. The location had magnificent views of the lower Manhattan, so the set
was designed with see thru graphic decals. White Tulips s and granite–colored
linens were used as a base color to anchor the room.
Seeds of Peace gala Reception
Following Seeds of Peace gala was another reception for honorees. The directive was “go big or go home.” The location chosen was The Public because of the rooftop outer area and the expansive views. The walls opposite the windows were covered in mirrored panels to capture the reflection of the views, the interior of the room was designed as an opulent living room experience for socializing and dancing.
Opening Night Gala
The mission was to create an experience for future donors to invest in the artistic development of this newly restored 100–year–old opera house. A Dickensian experience was created on the street for the neighborhood and attendees. Working with the film crew, an immersive forest set of flocked trees, artificial trees and mountain laurel was designed around and within the performance area .
Prospect Park Christmas tree
Set within the arch of Grand Army Plaza, this installation included a 45–foot–high tree display with over 15,000 multi–colored lights representing the ethnic diversity of Brooklyn. Below the tree was a public art installation of world acclaimed sculpture Timothy Schmaltz’s, 5–ton bronze sculpture, Angels Unwares. This installation garnered over 2,000,000 social media views.
Holiday Party
This company was hosting their Christmas party in their corporate meeting space. The objective was to make the space unique and not recognizable. The space was transformed into an immersive red experience with hanging wreath chandeliers over the table settings, red cloths, natural chairs and various shades of red rose centerpieces.
